Since the inverter is very convenient to use,it has been widely used in our life.But,how to make the daily maintenance of the inverter?

Each part should regularly check the connection of the inverter circuit is firm,insulation performance is good,there is no break loss phenomenon.To check the power module and the inverter input and output terminals without overheating or other potential problems,check whether the fan of inverter works well.

If the inverter alarm and shutdown,not immediately start again,carefully check the fault reason and without damage to the device,the power module is the phenomenon of breakdown burst,find out the reason and then boot,check the process should be carried out in strict accordance with the operation manual.

If there is no master boot,should be reported to the relevant leaders or inform the relevant experts.An unexplained accident occurred in the inverter or the cause of the accident is not clear,should carefully make a detailed record of the scene,the best conditions to retain the scene pictures or images,promptly notify the manufacturer to solve.For inverter cleaning,cleaning with a soft cloth gently wipe,do not use sandpaper grinding,regularly check the connection line connector is loose and collision,rust turbidity.Keep the ventilating hole and the inlet and outlet.
